Agriculture in South Africa is about far more than just farming.


It comprises the study of natural resources, agribusiness, the processing and marketing of agricultural products as well as analysing the overseas agricultural market.

New BScAgric option

There is a brand new BScAgric option where Agricultural Economics is offered in combination with selected Food Sciences modules. The goal is to train managers to have a better insight into food processing. This qualification could lead to more effective management of food processing companies or empower primary produsers to process their own raw products. Read more...
