Researcher

Simone holds a BA Hons in Psychology, from the University of Stellenbosch and a B Soc.Science degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town. Previously in her career she has worked in two different units within the Human Sciences Research Council. In one unit, Simone worked on child well-being indicators and administrative databases in the HSRC's Child, Youth and Family Development programme. In the other, Knowledge Systems, she worked on the National Research and Development survey, National Innovation survey and the Knowledge Management Practices survey.
Simone is currently enrolled for a MPhil in Social Science Methods.
