Below is information on the format of the AIG7 conference abstracts. Conference participants will be limited to two first-authored abstracts but there is no restriction on abstracts where the participants is not the first author..   Please Note: Late Abstracts will be accepted up until the 15th of June. After this date abstracts cannot be accepted because of printing deadlines.   Abstracts should be submitted in the format of the conference abstract template Abstracts may not exceed two A4 pages in length including references and figures   General Guidelines All abstracts must be original work. All abstracts must be prepared as per the conference abstract template. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts for inclusion in the program and to change your submission preference from oral to poster or visa versa. Abstracts in the program will be grouped by themes. Please indicate the theme most suitable to your abstract. Please note this does not guarantee that your abstract will be grouped within this theme in the final program. Presenting authors will be notified of acceptance of abstract prior to the early-bird registration deadline of 15th May, 2007. Once presenters have been notifed of acceptance they should register for the conference as soon as possible. Abstracts will not be included in the programming until registration and payment has been confirmed. Late abstracts will be accepted up until the 15th of June. After this date abstracts will not be accepted.   Submission People intending to submit should complete the abstract submission form and send their correctly formatted abstract and submission form electronically to aig7@sun.ac.za
