They can assist you with:

  • Obtaining a username and password to logon to the student portal;
  • Applications, Study Fees, Bursaries and Loans;
  • Changes with regard to your enrollment. All changes to enrollments, such as cancellation of your programme, have to be made in writing;
  • Academic records. Or send an e-mail to info@sun.ac.za;
  • Exam results. Or dial 083 123 7777;
  • Graduation dates.

He can assist you with:

  • Tracking your study material. Study material is couriered to students after registration.Please ensure that the courier address you have given (physical address not PO Box) is always correct, and that the University is promptly advised whenever you find it necessary to change it. You can update your personal information on the Postgraduate website, click here;
  • Ordering DVDs of the broadcasts. Registered students can order DVDs of specific broadcasts online here;
  • Student cards. ITS students need student cards to enter learning and exam centres.

They can assist you with:

  • Applications. Application forms are available here;
  • Postal registration. Postal registration forms must be completed after you received notification that you have been admitted to a specific programme. A student cannot be registered without a postal registration form and without registration fees and any other outstanding fees being paid up.
  • Changing your examination centre. All changes must be confirmed in writing and faxed.
