    * The Stellenbosch Expo for Young Scientists is an annual event in which learners from Grade 7 to 12 showcase their scientific investigative projects.

    * The Stellenbosch regional competition 2011 was held on 25 & 26 August 2011 at Paul Roos Gimnasium. A total of 36 schools representing both public and independent schools took part. Results

    * The National competition was held from 6 - 8 October 2011 at the Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre in Johannesburg.
