You need a Java-capable Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape 4 or higher.
Java must be enabled in your browser's settings.

If you need to enable Java or JavaScript, follow these instructions:
To enable Java in Internet Explorer:
Select Internet Options located under Tools or View
on the top menu bar.
In the new window that appears, click on the Advanced tab.
Select the JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled option and then
click OK.
If you are running Windows XP, you may need to download the Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems. Click on the link and the installation will start automatically. You will need to accepted a Security warning (Click YES), accept the Licence Agreement (Click YES), then select "Typical", click Next, and the installation will be completed.
To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:
Select Internet Options located under Tools or View
on the top menu bar.
In the new window that appears, click on the Security tab.
Click on the Internet icon, then on the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to the item that reads Scripting and select all the options marked Enable.
Click on the OK button, and then OK again.
To enable Java and/or JavaScript in Netscape:
Select Preferences located under Edit on the top menu.
In the new window that appears, click on the Advanced tab.
Select the Enable Java option and the Enable JavaScript option and then click OK.
