REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1 Please complete the initial registration form (FORM 1) to indicate your interest to attend the 14th Chris Engelbrecht Summer School “2002”.

Participation will be subject to this form being completed and submitted.

Receipt of this form will be confirmed via e-mail in which an appropriate reference number will be issued to you, which must be used in all subsequent correspondence.  Please note that no payments should be made before receipt of your reference number.  See “PAYMENT PROCEDURES” for further information.

 
STEP 2

The second form (FORM 2) can be completed and submitted together with FORM 1, but this is not necessary for successful registration and can be submitted at a later stage.  If you are submitting FORM 2 after having submitted FORM 1 and have received your reference number, please insert this number in the appropriate field.  However, if the two forms are submitted together, this field can be left blank.

FORM 2 covers your reservation of accommodation.  It is stressed that all accommodation in the Hotel and its annex will be allocated on a “first paid, first served” basis.  Please note that in order to qualify for “first comer” status, a payment must accompany the submission of the form.

Information regarding your travel arrangements and the need for transfers between Airport and Hotel are also contained in FORM 2.

These two steps effectively complete your registration!

 
STEP 3 If any changes to the information submitted via FORM 1 and/or  FORM 2 needs to be made, FORM 3 can be submitted quoting the appropriate reference number and detailing the changes.  Upon receipt of FORM 3, an e-mail confirming your changes will be sent to you.

 
PAYMENT
PROCEDURE		 Please ensure that you add your REFERENCE NUMBER on the Bank Deposit Slip / other documentation, which is submitted to the secretariat as proof of payment. See "Payment Details"
