Weidenhof House now open for bookings
Weidenhof House has been beautifully renovated and is open for reservations. The house consists of 10 single rooms and 5 double rooms with 24 beds in total.
The following people qualify for
accommodation at Weidenhof House:
- theological students from other African countries
- post-graduate non-theological students from other African countries who adhere to the ethos of the house.
- South-African theological students who adhere to the the ethos of the house
- visiting students
The three double rooms are reserved for disabled students or married couples. Unfortunately no children are allowed.
The four rooms at the back of the house are reserved for female students or international visitors or students.

Together we can stop violence against women, say speakers at conference
We must all stand together to prevent violence against women.
This was the message of speakers at a conference of the Circle of Concerned African Women Theologians held on Friday (4 May) at the Faculty of Theology at Stellenbosch University (SU). The conference, themed Gender and Education, formed part of the faculty’s HOPE Project Initiative Focus on the Promotion of Human Dignity.

Symposium on Youth Ministry 7-8 September 2012
Church pastors, students, academics from schools of religion and the general public are invited to a Symposium entitled: Youth Ministry: Setting a South African Agenda for youth research. The conference will be presented at the Faculty of Theology, Stellenbosch University, in collaboration with the Department of Philosophy, Practical and Systematic Theology, Unisa.
