Die konferensie sal bestaan uit gesamentlike en parallele sessies (na middagete op Maandag en Dinsdag). Die program sal voldoende tyd laat vir besprekings.  Die gesamentlike sessies sal in Engels wees, en die parallele sessies in die taalvoorkeur van die spreker (Engels of Afrikaans).
