Conference delegates are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. The organisers have arranged preferential rates at the Protea Hotel (the conference venue).
If you wish to make a reservation at Protea Hotel, please send an e-mail to reservations@phstellenbosch.com citing the FYE conference as your reference. If you attempt to make a reservation on-line, you will be told the hotel is fully booked, as there is a block booking for the conference. We strongly urge delegates to make accommodation arrangements as soon as possible.
The Protea Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Stellenbosch. There is no public transport between the town and the conference venue and you may find it easier to stay at the Protea Hotel for the duration of the conference. If you choose to stay in the town, it may be worth your while to rent a car.
