Welcoming / Meet & Greet Session:
A welcoming / meet & greet session will take place on Monday, 10 April 2017, at The Wallenberg Research Centre @ STIAS, 10 Marais Street, Stellenbosch from 16:00 - 18:00. Delegates are welcome to register at the registration desk.
Refreshments will be served free of charge.
Thank you dinner for Plenary/Invited Speakers:
The Conference Chairs invite the plenary/invited speakers to a thank you dinner on Tuesday, 11 April 2017 from 19:00 onwards at Oppie Dorp Restaurant, 137 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch (on invitation only).
Conference Banquet:
The Conference Banquet will take place at The Wallenberg Research Centre @ STIAS, 10 Marais Street, Stellenbosch on Wednesday evening, 12 April 2017, from 19:00 onwards. Cost will be R500 per person (if not included in registration fee).
Bookings and payment must be made before 28 February 2017. Extra banquet tickets can be purchased at the registration desk.
Poster Viewing:
Posters will be set up in the basement or hall of STIAS Conference Centre from Monday, 10 April 2017 onwards, throughout the day. Posters will be displayed during the full Conference period; posters must be removed on Thursday morning, 13 April 2017 (before 13:00).
The Poster Sessio will take place on Tuesday, 11 April 2017, from 17:30-18:00.
During this time, please ensure you are standing at your poster for a short review.
A poster prize will be awarded to young scientists (MSc / PhD / post-doctoral level) on behalf of IUPAC.
