Organisation of an international meeting is a complex, multi-facetted and time-consuming affair. Yet, all planning efforts are fruitless without attendance and participation of enthusiastic delegates. This is where it all comes together! And for the 14th International Botrytis Symposium it did indeed come together. More than 140 delegates from 18 countries in the world enjoyed the latest Botrytis research findings, along with the best of South African scenery, cuisine and hospitality. What a wonderful fruitful time we had!

From the Organising Committee, we want to express our sincere gratitude to all who attended, arranged, sponsored, exhibited, participated. We hope to welcome you back to sunny South Africa soon! If not, then we might meet at the 15th International Botrytis Symposium to be held in October 2010 in Cadiz, Spain.
