The Jasminum Restaurant and Conservatory in the CTICC will be the meeting place for the Symposium delegates between the sessions. The Registration/Hospitality Desk, speaker preparation desk, poster sessions, Cocktail Function and the exhibits will all be located in the Restaurant and Conservatory. All lunches and tea breaks will also be served here making it an ideal venue for delegates to meet, network and relax between sessions and providing the exhibitor maximum exposure throughout the Symposium.
A limited number of exhibition booths
are available to hire. Companies/organisations interested in exhibiting
at the symposium can contact the Organizers at conf@conferencesetal.co.za
for information on the floorplan, exhibition booths available and the
cost to exhibit.
