Booking procedure
Accommodation deposit for Hotel
• The accommodation deposit required is equal to two night's accommodation
per person.
• Delegates must provide credit card details together with authorization
to charge the deposit to the credit card in order to guarantee their reservation.
• Balance must be settled upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• Should delegates cancel within 30 days of arrival, a 2 night’s
cancellation fee will apply.
• Should delegates cancel within 7 days of arrival, 100% cancellation
fee will apply.
• No show - 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Delegates reducing their stay while at the hotel may be charged
for the nights cancelled.
