Family unit *Family Unit is made up of two rooms (one double bedded and one twin bedded) with en suite toilet and shower facilities. If two persons share a family unit i.e. one person per room in the unit, the rate will be R495 per person room only. If four persons share a family unit ie two persons share each room in the unit, the rate will be R247.50 per person sharing room only.

Rates include: 14 % VAT
Excludes: Breakfast @ R80 per person, 1% Tourism levy and Booking fee of R75 per person for the full stay.

Booking Procedure
Accommodation deposit for Hotel
The accommodation deposit required is equal to two night’s accommodation per person. Delegates will provide credit card details together with authorization from the credit card holder to charge the deposit to the credit card account.

Cancellation Policy
• A cancellation fee of 2 night’s accommodation will be charged if booking is cancelled within 30 days of date of arrival.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of date of arrival will be liable for a cancellation fee of 100% of the full stay.
• No shows will be charged at 100% of the full stay.
• Should a delegate decide to reduce the number of nights during the course of their stay, they may be liable for a charge of 100% of the original booking.
