Booking Procedure
Accommodation deposit for Hotel
The accommodation deposit required is equal to two night’s accommodation
per person. Delegates will provide credit card details together with authorization
from the credit card holder to charge the deposit to the credit card account.
Cancellation Policy
• A cancellation fee of 2 night’s accommodation
will be charged if booking is cancelled within 30 days of date of arrival.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of date of arrival will be
liable for a cancellation fee of 100% of the full stay.
• No shows will be charged at 100% of the full stay.
• Should a delegate decide to reduce the number of nights during
the course of their stay, they may be liable for a charge of 100% of the
original booking.
