Booking Procedure
Accommodation deposit for hotel
A deposit of 2 nights accommodation is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Please refer to the Accommodation Payment section on the registration form for the credit card authorisation form that must be completed and faxed to the Secretariat at Fax: +27 21 883 8177

Cancellation policy
Should you cancel, postpone or shorten the duration of your booking for any reason, the Hotel will charge you a cancellation fee to compensate the Hotel for any loss it may have suffered. The hotel will also charge you for any costs incurred for any equipment or special facilities it may have hired or arranged to hire on your behalf and these will be added to any cancellation fee.

• Should a booking be cancelled or reduced up to 61 days prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged
• Should a booking be cancelled or reduced between 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date, the value of 2 nights accommodation will be charged
• Should a booking be cancelled or reduced between 30 days and 0 days prior to date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of the reservation will be charged.
• No shows will be charged the full stay of their accommodation.
• Should a delegate decide to reduce the number of nights during the course of their stay 100% of the original booking will be levied.
