Mr Gawie Cillié

Gawie Cillié is a lecturer in labour relations and labour law at the Department of Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University, in labour relations on the MBA programme at the Graduate School of Business at Stellenbosch University and in labour relations and collective bargaining on management development programmes and labour relations development programmes at the same institution. Prior to joining the Department of Industrial Psychology in 1987, Cillié was employed in the human resource management and labour relations function in the private sector. He is a fellow of the Institute of People Management, a member of the International Industrial Relations Association and a practitioner with the SA Board for Personnel Practice. Cillié holds an MEcon and is currently conducting research on productivity bargaining for a PhD.
