Rialdo Alexander

Rialdo was born and bred in Ashton, but has been living in Strand for the past 10 years. He started working at the Africa Centre in June 2006, fulfilling the task of administrative assistant. To Rialdo, the best part of his job is to see the drama group perform the educational play Lucky the Hero! and to assist the centre’s students.

Rialdo’s motivation for being involved with the Africa Centre stems from his believe in the importance of teaching people who are infected with HIV how to live a healthier life. He also believes that people must be educated in how to care for people living with HIV and AIDS.
