Defective/damaged goods:
All our goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch and should reach you in good order.
We hope that it never comes to this, but if anything is defective, broken or damaged at time of receipt, please notify us via email to The Shop within 72 hours of receipt for replacement of such goods.

Goods must be unused, returned in its original packaging, with all tags still attached as well as a copy of your invoice and must be shipped freight prepaid within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned to us in good order, in its original packaging with all tags still attached, together with a copy of your invoice, within 7 working days of delivery. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If there was something we forgot to mention in our product description or if the product does not meet your expectations, we'd like to know!
