Shipping

The shop ships all orders within 24 hours and delivers within 10 to 14 business days, using a low-cost, worldwide, airmail postal service.

Please note: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. The Shop is dedicated to providing the best customer service of its kind. All items are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. On average you should expect to receive your package within 10 to 14 business days. However, on occasion some shipments may take an extra day or two due to possible disruptions or delays caused by international air transport carriers.

Customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient: when a shipment reaches your country there is a possibility that your package may be subject to import duties.

In addition, please note that once the goods have been dispatched from us to the courier company, ownership of the goods passes to the buyer. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If a shipment is confiscated, the customer bears full responsibility and The Shop reserves the right to refuse a credit and/or a refund for any such order.

If you have any questions or comments about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to email us at ralex@sun.ac.za

We will be delighted to hear from you.
