SUNDAY 7 September 2008
Welcome function and IAVS 2008 Symposium registration.  The welcoming function will take place at the Conservatoire.  The cost for this function is included in the registration fee paid by delegates, while accompanying persons can register at R150-00 per person.

MONDAY 8 September 2008
A cocktail function will be held at the Conservatoire at 18h00 (following the Scientific programme).  The cost for this function is included in the registration fee paid by delegates, while accompanying persons can register for this function at a cost of R150-00 per person.

THURSDAY 11 September 2008
The symposium dinner will be hosted at Skilpadvlei Wine Estate outside of Stellenbosch.  Delegates can register at a cost of R100-00, while accompanying persons can register at a cost of R300-00.
