Please note that accommodation (guest houses/hotels) in Stellenbosch are generally all within walking distance (15-30 min walk) from conference venue. If you prefer to stay in Cape Town, Somerset West, Gordon's Bay or Franschhoek (neighbouring towns of Stellenbosch), please book a car or arrange with your accommodation for travel arrangements to/from conference venue.

Please note that the rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Participants are therefore adivsed to make their reservations as soon as possible. The Conference Organizer cannot guarantee rooms to late registrants.
