- 2 delegates full conference registration

- Full list of delegates and contact details
- Insert in conference bag/delegate package
- A4 advertisement in proceedings and programme
- Tea / coffee breaks per day plus finger luncheon
- VAT included in above amount
How to Register (Option 1):
- Click on the link "On-line Registration"
- Complete the on-line registration form
- Press "submit"
- Your registration will be forwarded to the Conference Secretary and downloaded directly into the database
- You will receive an invoice and invitation letter (if requested in your registration), where after payment must be made either via credit card or bank transfer payment.
- Please e-mail (aef2@sun.ac.za) or fax (+27 21 808 4967) your credit card authorization form to the conference secretary
- If payment is made via bank transfer, please fax (+27 (21) 808 4967) your confirmation of payment as proof so that the conference secretary can update the database.
