Deadline for applications for an exhibition stand: 31 July 2015

Exhibitor Registration:

2 Delegates full conference registration (banquet included)

R20 000

Exhibitor registration fees includes the following:
  • Exhibition space - 3m x 3m (table & 2 chairs with electricity)
  • 2 delegates full conference registration
  • Website-Logo with links
  • Full list of delegates and contact details
  • Insert in conference bag/delegate package
  • A4 advertisement in proceedings and programme
  • Tea / coffee breaks per day plus finger luncheon
  • VAT included in above amount

How to Register (Option 1):

  1. Click on the link "On-line Registration"
  2. Complete the on-line registration form
  3. Press "submit"
  4. Your registration will be forwarded to the Conference Secretary and downloaded directly into the database
  5. You will receive an invoice and invitation letter (if requested in your registration), where after payment must be made either via credit card or bank transfer payment.
  6. Please e-mail (aef2@sun.ac.za) or fax (+27 21 808 4967) your credit card authorization form to the conference secretary
  7. If payment is made via bank transfer, please fax (+27 (21) 808 4967) your confirmation of payment as proof so that the conference secretary can update the database.

How to Register (Option 2):

  1. Click on the link and download the "Registration Form"
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. E-mail ( aef2@sun.ac.za) or fax (+27 21 808 4967) your registration form
  4. Your registration will be forwarded to the Conference Secretary and updated into the database
