Posters will be set up in the Exhibition Hall at the conference venue on Tuesday, 8 September 2015, throughout the day from 09:00-18:00.

Please find below some information relating to the set up of your Poster Presentation.
Double sided tape will be provided at the registration desk for mounting of the posters.
  • Posters should be designed in portrait format, with the size not exceeding 2,400 mm x 1,000 mm (94.49" x 39.37"). You may consider AO paper size (1,189 mm x 841 mm; 46.81" x 33.11"). We recommend that you print on canvas or cloth (easy transport), although traditional paper print with laminate will be fine.
  • Poster presenters should stand at their posters during the designated times to give delegates the opportunity to ask questions.
  • A poster prize will be awarded to young scientists (MSc / PhD / post doctoral level) on behalf of the Royal Society of South Africa.
